Tai Chi QiGong video

Some of you have joined me at Port Perry Flow Yoga for our six-week “Movement and Meditation” classes. If you are interested in cultivating your home practice in Tai Chi QiGong, and would like a visual reference to some of the movements we have been practicing together, please enjoy this video.     Thank you for sharing the QiGong video. I learned a little of it when I took my tai chi class but it was more rigorous than this video. I much prefer this and will add it to my daily tai chi routine. So relaxing and amazing breathing opportunities to improve lung functioning.
