Blissed Out in Port Perry
Join Bette at Port Perry Flow Yoga for six weeks of gentle movement and meditation geared towards increasing your inner peace, calm and contentment. Using gentle yoga, restorative postures and flowing tai chi qigong, Bette will guide you in practices that leave you feeling calm, centered and relaxed, yet focused.
